Account Managers

Teledata ICT has a team of experienced Account Managers (AM) who are tasked with the day-to-day support of a client’s account, and who serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the Teledata ICT.

Each client has a dedicated AM whose core function is to develop and grow relationships with their clients, provide customer services and support, liaise with internal departments in resolving all client issues and general ensure that clients are happy and issue free at all times.
